About the Role
Twiga Foods is expanding its Mombasa operations and needs a Customer Support Representative to serve our growing base of vendors and farmers on the Coast. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, resolving order issues, delivery concerns, and product queries.
You will work closely with the logistics and supply teams to provide accurate, timely information and ensure high customer satisfaction scores. You'll also gather feedback and log issues to help improve our platform.
Twiga Foods is a tech-driven agri-business changing how fresh produce reaches markets in Kenya. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling startup environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any field; customer-facing experience is more important than the specific discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude when handling difficult situations.
- Comfort using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic Excel for reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts including occasional weekends.
