About the Role
Andela is hiring a skilled Frontend Developer to join a distributed engineering team working on a SaaS product for a US-based client. You will build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
Working fully remotely, you'll collaborate asynchronously with product managers, designers, and backend engineers across multiple time zones. Daily communication in English is essential.
This is a long-term engagement (12+ months) with a clear career growth path within Andela's talent network.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Excellent written English communication — you must thrive in an async-first remote environment.
