About the Role
A growing Kenyan digital media company is seeking reliable freelance content writers to produce articles on business, tech, personal finance, lifestyle, and current affairs for our online publications and client blogs.
Articles range from 500–1,500 words. We provide a brief, style guide, and target keywords. Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours per piece. Payment is per article, processed weekly via M-PESA.
This is an ongoing engagement — writers who deliver quality work consistently will receive a regular supply of assignments.
Requirements
- Excellent written English with a clear, engaging style adapted for online audiences.
- Ability to research topics quickly and produce factually accurate, original content.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (keyword use, headings, meta descriptions).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet tight deadlines without reminders.
- Experience writing for Kenyan or African audiences is a strong advantage.
